Register with us
The first step is to register with us by completing our application form online. We would like to learn more about your family and your requirements. Once the registration form has been processed, we will start advertising the position and sending CV's of potential and compatible candidates to the family for review.
Interview candidates
We interview and screen every candidate before families meet them. Once we have completed screening the process, families will be presented with the candidates' profiles. Families then choose who they would like to interview. We arrange interviews for families at a time and location that is most suitable for them.
Hire your perfect fit!
Once the family has made their selection of the candidate they believe best meets their needs and requirements, an offer will be sent to the chosen candidate. If the candidate agrees to the offer, an invoice for the placement fee will be sent to the family. Once the family has settled the placement fee, the candidate is free to start working.

initial screening
All applicants are required to fill in our online registration form. If they meet our minimum requirements, they will be invited for a face-to-face interview with one of our consultants, where we will follow a structured in-depth questionnaire to discuss previous experience and characteristics.
background check
These checks are optional if requested by the families. Background checks include: ID/Work Permit Verification; Criminal Background check; Driver’s License Verification; National Sex Offender registry clearance.
Reference check
We contact all past childcare-related employees for an appropriate background; one negative reference is sufficient to terminate representation.
